Job summary

Nemera is seeking a production Tutor to onboard new employees on the assembly and injection-molding floor. You will demonstrate startup, operation and shutdown of equipment, ensure GMP-compliant documentation, and train workers on quality checks and safety practices.

This role emphasizes hands-on coaching and teamwork on a fast-paced manufacturing line. The position requires 1+ years as an operator in injection molding or assembly, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an effective operator in Injection molding and/or assembly.
• Familiarity with GMP and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and onboards new production employees and temp workers.
• Manages training checklists and assigns Training Buddies with supervision.
• Demonstrates startup, operation and shutdown of machines; handles malfunctions.
• Ensures proper documentation and adherence to specifications and work instructions.
• Provides training on product quality, sampling, inspection and GMP practices.
• Identifies hazards and communicates safety concerns; participates in risk prevention.
• Assesses trainees using checklists and provides feedback and additional training.
