Job summary

Nemera is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse activities and lead a small team. The role requires forklift operation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, with flexibility for overtime and weekend work.

The successful candidate will work within a clean manufacturing environment, ensure accurate goods receipt, FIFO material flow, and adherence to 5S and PPE standards. SAP and MS Office familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Capability to lead a team of 6.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 55lbs.
• Sitting and standing over differing long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Assist warehouse during times when the Warehouse Supervisor is not in the building.
• Help Warehouse Supervisor in delegating and completing tasks.
• Identify issues and participate in corrective actions.
• Train new employees (Packers and Material Handlers).
• Work weekends/overtime in accordance with set departmental/company policies.
• Assist colleagues when necessary to ensure a smooth running of the warehouse.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives implementation.
• Maintain proper storage of materials and indirect supplies.
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
