Job summary

Nemera is seeking a Tutor to onboard and train new production staff on injection molding and assembly processes. The role includes teaching startup, operation and shutdown of equipment, and ensuring GMP and quality documentation are followed.

You will mentor trainees, assess progress, and collaborate with supervisors to maintain safety and efficiency on the production floor. We value experience in manufacturing environments, strong knowledge of GMP, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while

Qualifications

• Experience as an operator in Injection molding and/or assembly.
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and GMP.
• Complete knowledge of quality procedures and documentation for production work posts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Stand and walk 90% of shifts.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, grab, and climb.
• Completed training from Quality and EHS departments.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes new production employees and introduces the work environment.
• Manages Training Checklists and assigns Training Buddies.
• Demonstrates startup, operation and shutdown of machines and response to malfunctions.
• Introduces workstation documentation and ensures proper use and completion.
• Provides training on product quality and GMP and visual checks.
• Practices traceability and related quality processes.
• Prevents accidents by explaining risks and safety procedures.
• Assesses new employees at end of induction and provides feedback.
• Shares best practices with Tutors, Supervisors, Trainers and HR.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
