You will refine tools, test understanding, and drive peak and non-peak training plans, ensuring staff reach 100% of expectations and maintain strong upstream/downstream awareness.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse training experience, comfort presenting to groups, and excellent communication, feedback, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience training in a warehouse environment.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and one-on-one.
• Ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
• Proven people skills and dependable performance.
• Understanding upstream/downstream variances.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations Managers and Team Leaders to identify training needs.
• Develop and refine learning tools, checklists, and skill-building agreements.
• Deliver training across departments and track progress.
• Drive peak and non-peak training plans.
• Ensure understanding through tests and feedback.
• Support area managers with insights.
