Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead regional WH operations, ensuring efficient facility management, staffing, and policy execution. You will drive shipping, receiving, and inventory control while aligning with safety standards.

The role requires 8–10 years in warehouse leadership, a Bachelor’s in Business or related field, strong negotiations, and travel up to 25% across the US. You’ll partner with senior leaders to meet productivity and cost goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics or related discipline with 8–10 years WH management experience.
• Experience with warehouse procedures, forklift licensing, hazardous materials, workers' compensation, disaster recovery, evacuation.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of related operations/warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of people management experience.
• Proven shipping, receiving and inventory control experience.
• Strong business communications, negotiations and presentations skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel throughout the US (25%).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
