Job summary

ABB seeks a Technical Training Manager to lead training initiatives onsite in Mebane, NC. The role focuses on developing and delivering onboarding and technical training for warehouse staff, with emphasis on improving first-time quality and skill development.

You will collaborate across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to identify training needs, analyze trends, and implement improvements. A strong background in warehouse processes and familiar with ERP/MES systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to teach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback.
• Read and interpret BOMs in reference to pick lists.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain training documentation, work instructions, and standardized training materials.
• Support warehouse operations during start-ups by training staff.
• Develop, deliver, and improve onboarding and technical training programs for warehouse employees.
• Analyze quality trends and address skill gaps with targeted training.
• Participate in professional development to expand instructional knowledge and training best practices.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to identify training needs.
