Qualifications

• Prior experience conducting group training is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training to new hires and associates in the warehouse.
• Develop assessments to identify training needs.
• Conduct quality training sessions and analyze training effectiveness.

Skills

Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

In depth knowledge of order management systems

Ability to work cross-functionally

Education
