Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• 1+ years in training roles; 2+ years in leadership with influence skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; conflict resolution skills.

Role: The Manager of Warehouse Training is responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance associate performance and engagement within a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and coach associates using adult learning principles, ensure site-specific training alignment, identify training needs through data analysis, oversee training sessions, mentor trainers, and monitor their development. Collaborate with field teams to incorporate best practices, evaluate training impact, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field preferred; 3+ years of warehouse experience; 1+ years in training roles; 2+ years in leadership with influence skills. Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities, be adaptable, and proficient with Microsoft Office. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
