Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current team member with 12+ months in position and strong performance.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery and read SAP & Catalyst.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires in first months to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Coordinate scheduling of new hire training.
• Motivate and retrain low performers to set standards.
• Provide tools and feedback for improvement.
• Maintain high productivity with warehouse team and offer improvements.
• Conduct observations and provide feedback and motivation.
• Train and mentor in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Help maintain a safe work environment and foster safety culture.
• Perform daily warehouse functions as directed by leadership.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and support all warehouse areas.
• Communicate effectively with branch management on daily operations.
