Job summary

Dot Foods Burley, Idaho, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead to train, monitor, and evaluate staff in a fast-paced environment. You will manage records, assist with loading, unloading, picking and receiving, and lead safety and efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, using lean tools to improve processes, and ensuring accurate use of warehouse management systems. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and offers a competitive wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be currently employed by Dot Foods or Dot Transportation, Inc.
• Strong organization skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience on counter balance and reach trucks.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently utilize warehouse material handling equipment.
• Train assigned personnel to use warehouse management systems.
• Train assigned personnel in safe and efficient use of material handling equipment and supplies.
• Serve as a coach and mentor; Inspire others.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by using lean tools to eliminate in all areas of the position.
• Other duties as assigned.
