Job summary

Dot Foods Burley, Idaho, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead to train, monitor, and evaluate staff in a fast-paced environment. You will manage records, assist with loading, unloading, picking and receiving, and lead safety and efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, using lean tools to improve processes, and ensuring accurate use of warehouse management systems. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and offers a competitive wage and benefits.

• Must be currently employed by Dot Foods or Dot Transportation, Inc.
• Strong organization skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience on counter balance and reach trucks.

Location: Burley, Idaho
Department: Warehouse
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Wage Range: $26.75 - $29.50

Provide hands-on leadership in the warehouse by training, monitoring, and evaluating assigned personnel. Record keeping of all training records. Frequent participation in loading, unloading, picking and receiving.

• Train assigned personnel to accurately and consistently use warehouse management systems
• Train assigned personnel in safe and efficient use of material handling equipment and supplies

• Other duties as assigned

YOU MUST HAVE

• Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 7:00pm to 5:30am
