Job summary

Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC seeks a Training Supervisor for its warehouse operations. You will own the New Hire experience and coach a team of full-time and temporary Trainers and Trainees to meet KPIs in a fast-paced, cold-storage environment.

Responsibilities include developing training programs, observing performance on the floor, delivering safety and onboarding content, and presenting metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor's/General Equivalency Diploma in General Studies or equivalent.
• Experience in retail operations, distribution, or logistics preferred.
• Prior warehouse training supervision or trainer experience highly desired.
• Ability to coach and develop Trainers and Trainees to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manager to hire, develop and retain Trainers and make hiring recommendations for Trainees.
• Conduct frequent floor observations and coach Trainers to improve performance and KPIs.
• Lead design, development and implementation of new training programs for nonexempt employees.
• Apply performance management techniques to address gaps and ensure KPI delivery.
• Ensure new hires receive and understand onboarding materials for successful training.
