Job summary

You will re-test and re-train staff after procedural changes, participate in special projects, and perform other department duties when not training. Strong training and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Trains and certifies TSMs in skills specific to their area or other areas within the distribution center.
• Re-tests all TSMs on procedural changes and re-trains those with low productivity or accuracy.
• Meets company standards for quantity and quality, adheres to policies.
