Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking a Training and Standards Mentor for our distribution center. The role focuses on training and certifying TSMs in area-specific skills and cross-functional capabilities, while maintaining high productivity and accuracy.

You will re-test staff after procedural changes, participate in special projects, and uphold company standards for quality and safety across operations.

Qualifications

• Specialized and technical knowledge includes strong training, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to pass machine driver safety training for equipment used in the warehouse.
• Good reading, writing, math, and computer skills; detail oriented and able to make accurate decisions.
• Experience in warehousing and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains and certifies TSMs in skills specific to their area or other areas of the distribution center.
• Performs department functions when not training and retrains TSMs with low productivity or accuracy.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
• Ensures compliance with company standards, policies, and safety procedures.
