The Trainer will document training sessions and certifications, support cross-training across teams, and participate in special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new hires and trains them on all company policies and procedures.
• Works with Supervisors and Operations Managers to deliver consistent training messages.
• Trains Outfitters on power equipment with a focus on safety and OSHA-like standards.
• Keeps detailed records of training sessions and certifications.
• Performs other duties and cross-training as required.
