Responsibilities

• Onboards new hires and trains on all company policies and procedures.
• Works with Supervisors and Operations Managers to deliver a consistent training message.
• Conveys the importance of customer satisfaction.
• Trains Outfitters on power equipment with safety emphasis.
• Ensures safety, quality, and productivity for trainees.
• Keeps detailed records of training sessions and certifications.
• Performs various jobs within the Distribution Center as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
