Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong leadership and motivational ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience across multiple departments is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign workflow; oversee department personnel.
• Train associates and ensure they are fully trained on procedures and equipment.
• Monitor tasks, ensure safety and housekeeping standards, and maintain clean work areas.
• Adjust labor as needed to meet workloads and attend daily startup meetings.
• Lead start-up meetings in supervisors' absence and communicate priorities and goals.
