Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming tools, materials and equipment for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare tools, materials and equipment for scheduled deliveries to job sites.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems or logs.
• Organize warehouse stock in a logical and accessible manner to support efficient operations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with warehouse layout planning and space optimization based on project needs.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Support tool tracking efforts, including check-in/check-out and usage records.
• Assist with packing and organizing materials for long-term storage or off-site staging.
• Participate in warehouse safety meetings and contribute to hazard identification and mitigation.
• Help with minor facility maintenance tasks or fleet management and maintaining outdoor areas.
