Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. You will prepare orders for shipment, verify inventory, and ensure accuracy with packing slips and work orders, while following safety and packaging guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and forklift or pallet jack experience. This role requires physical stamina, willingness to work overtime, and the ability to operate equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record.
• Able to pass a DOT physical exam.
• Experience with forklift and pallet jack preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment according to tickets and customer requirements.
• Check and verify inventory to ensure stock availability.
• Notify supervisor of shortages and restocking needs.
• Package and ship products per guidelines.
• Stock shelves and organize warehouse.
• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments against packing slips and POs.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, or forklift as needed.
• Work overtime and be available for after-hours as required.
