Job summary

AWC Indeed in Conroe, Texas is seeking a Warehouse Technician / Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations including inventory, order fulfillment, and forklift activity. This role may require travel to our Northwest Houston location for approximately one week of initial training upon hire.

The ideal candidate can safely operate a forklift, use NetSuite for inventory and order transactions, and lift/move materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems a plus.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment without climate control.

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hard working Warehouse Technician to join our team in Conroe, Texas. This role supports daily warehouse operations through material handling, inventory management, order fulfillment, and forklift operation. Most work is performed in a warehouse environment without climate control.Please note: This position requires traveling to our Northwest Houston location for approximately one (1) week of initial training upon hire. The ideal candidate is safety focused, comfortable operating a forklift, and able to use computer systems such as NetSuite to complete inventory and order transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Pull and stage materials for work orders and sales orders
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment or delivery
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in NetSuite

Assist with inventory counts and inventory control activities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
