Job summary

OBR Management is seeking a Material Handler in Pearland, Texas, to ensure accurate movement, handling, and staging of materials across the warehouse and yard, supporting warehouse and fabrication operations and maintaining inventory integrity using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The role requires pulling and staging materials per BOM, loading/unloading trucks, receiving inbound materials, and assisting with inventory counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow picklists, packing slips, purchase orders, and BOMs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and accountable work style.
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and move materials in accordance with established WMS procedures.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive inbound materials and complete put-away as directed.
• Supply the fabrication team with materials per BOM requirements.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as assigned.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe and compliant manner.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse storage locations.
• Report inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, and operational issues to supervision.
• Follow all company safety, operational, and quality procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About the role:
