Job summary

Socket.dev in Conroe, Texas is seeking a reliable Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse operations including material handling, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The role requires operating a forklift and using NetSuite to complete transactions.

Note: training at our Northwest Houston location for about one week is required upon hire. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, able to lift and move materials, and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and organize inventory.
• Pull and stage materials for work orders and sales orders.
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment or delivery.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory transactions and record-keeping in NetSuite.
• Assist with counts and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse area.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hard working Warehouse Technician to join our team in Conroe, Texas. This role supports daily warehouse operations through material handling, inventory management, order fulfillment, and forklift operation. Most work is performed in a warehouse environment without climate control.Please note: This position requires traveling to our Northwest Houston location for approximately one (1) week of initial training upon hire. The ideal candidate is safety focused, comfortable operating a forklift, and able to use computer systems such as NetSuite to complete inventory and order transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Pull and stage materials for work orders and sales orders
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment or delivery
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in NetSuite
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory control activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
