Job summary

EXO Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Technician to efficiently manage warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, and recording shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and support fleet maintenance to meet production goals.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with WMS are preferred, with CDL a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations.
• WMS and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts/pallet jacks.
• Detail-oriented with good organization.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• CDL is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with inventory control software.
• Knowledge of warehouse best practices.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record shipments; maintain accurate records and cycle counts.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders; coordinate with carriers for pickups/deliveries.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks; perform routine maintenance checks.
• Fleet Operations: Maintain documentation and schedule vehicle maintenance.
• Quality Control: Conduct checks to ensure standards; report issues promptly.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Organization and Cleanliness: Keep warehouse space tidy and properly labeled.
• Communication: Coordinate with teammates and other departments to meet goals.
