EXO Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Technician to support inventory management, order fulfillment, and fleet operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform quality checks, and help maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, proven warehouse experience, and familiarity with WMS and inventory software. Expect physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven warehouse operations experience.
• Proficient with WMS and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Forklift operation certification preferred.
• Experience with inventory control software.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receive, inspect, and record shipments and manage quantities.
• Order Fulfillment: pick, pack, and ship orders with accurate documentation.
• Equipment Operation: safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks; perform basic maintenance checks.
• Fleet Operations: maintain vehicle and equipment records; schedule maintenance as needed.
• Quality Control: perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products.
• Safety and Compliance: follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Organization and Cleanliness: keep warehouse tidy and properly labeled.
• Communication and Collaboration: coordinate with teams to meet objectives.
