Job summary

TestEquity LLC is seeking a Warehouse Technician II to execute high- volume warehouse operations including order pulling, receiving, and shipping. The role emphasizes clear communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, with responsibilities across multiple warehouse areas and training of teammates.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, OSHA/EH&S knowledge, and 2+ years of related experience. ISO 9001 and DOT compliance are essential parts of daily duties.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
IATA and CFR49 certificates are required.
Forklift certification for all types.
OSHA and EH&S knowledge is required.
2+ years warehouse operations experience in related fields.
Experience creating statements of work (SOW).
Experience with inventory management systems and shipping/receiving software.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
English reading/writing ability is required.

Responsibilities

High accuracy in order picking, shipping and receiving of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Maintain 5S practices in all warehouse areas.
Cross-train other employees as required.
Operate equipment per safety procedures and SOPs.
Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and OSHA/EH&S guidelines.
Comply with DOT regulations and SOPs/SOWs.
Facilitate two-way communication with coworkers and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to product quality and report misconduct as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
