Job summary

TestEquity is seeking a Warehouse Technician II for a high-volume facility in the United States. You will perform order pulling, receiving, shipping, labeling, and cross-train teammates while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations, forklift training, and familiarity with TWL RF gun/WMS. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• IATA and CFR49 Certificate of completion.
• Forklift certification and training for all types.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EH&S requirements.
• 2+ years warehouse operations experience in industrial settings.
• Experience with creating statements of work (SOW).
• Experience in inventory management systems, preferably chemical/industrial.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Computer literacy in MS Word and Outlook; working knowledge of shipping and receiving software.
• Ability to read/write in English.
• Warehouse management system experience (TWL with RF gun preferred).

Responsibilities

• High accuracy in order picking, shipping and receiving of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Contribute to 5S in the workplace (sort, straighten, shine, standardize, sustain).
• Cross-train other employees as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment per safety SOPs.
• Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and OSHA/EH&S guidelines.
• Comply with DOT regulations.
• Follow SOPs and SOWs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Support training of team members.
• Assist in other warehouse areas as needed.
