Qualifications

• 2+ years warehousing experience in industrial/semi-conductor/distribution settings.
• 2+ years inventory processing, cycle counting and reconciliation.
• HazMat certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Possess valid driver’s license and be subject to DMV checks.
• Proficient with MS Word and Outlook; able to learn shipping/receiving software.

Responsibilities

• Accurate order pulling, shipping, and receiving of materials.
• Prepare freight bills and ensure accuracy of completion.
• Coordinate with freight carriers for on-time delivery and safety.
• Ensure correct shipment to customer locations with minimal spills.
• Monitor FIFO, inventory counts, and cycle counts.
• Maintain forklift and HazMat certifications; comply with regulations.
• Support ISO quality assurance and incident reporting.
• Maintain warehouse safety and daily attendance; wear safety gear.
