Job summary

Sokolservices is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support material and inventory operations at a regulated manufacturing site in Devens, MA. You will receive, store, issue, and transfer raw materials and components to support manufacturing processes, while complying with GMP, EH&S, and site security requirements.

The role requires forklift operation, material inspection, SAP inventory transactions, cycle counting, and movement of materials between warehouse and Production.

Qualifications

• Experience in FDA-regulated/pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environments.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, storage, issuing, and transfer of materials.
• Perform SAP inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment and manage hazardous materials per GMP and EH&S rules.
• Support shipping, materials sampling, and movement between warehouse and Production.

Job description

We are seeking a Warehouse Technician to support material and inventory operations at a regulated manufacturing site in Devens, MA. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring raw materials, packaging components, and operational supplies used to support manufacturing operations.

The Warehouse Technician will perform material receiving and inspection, inventory transactions in SAP, cycle counting, material sampling support, shipping activities, and movement of materials between the warehouse and Production. The position also involves operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, and handling designated hazardous and regulated materials in accordance with applicable procedures, current GMP requirements, Environmental Health and Safety regulations, and site security requirements.

Position details:

• Hourly rate: $20.90–$21.90;
• Contract length: 6 months with possible extension;
• Location: Devens, MA;
• Work arrangement: 100% onsite;
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, normal business hours;
• Maximum hours: 40 hours per week;
• W-2 contract position;
• No C2C options;
• No visa sponsorship.

Required:

• High School diploma;
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to complete the required MVR;
• Experience working in a regulated environment such as FDA-regulated, pharmaceutical, or biopharmaceutical;
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Preferred:

• Associate degree, some college coursework, or trade school education;
• Forklift driving experience.
