Job summary

Harder Mechanical Contractors seeks a reliable Warehouse Associate for its west Phoenix facility. You will support prefabrication and warehouse operations, including tool organization, shipping/receiving, and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years forklift experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and are at least 21 years old. The role is hourly with full benefits, and must pass a background and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of forklift operation experience.
• Able to take direction with minimal oversight and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders for tools and organize them in their locations.
• Keep the warehouse organized and assist with shipping and receiving.
• Operate forklifts to load/unload and assist drivers.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean facility.
• Support safety and quality standards in daily warehouse tasks.
