Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a warehouse associate to securely load and unload trucks, accurately pick orders, and prepare shipments. The role moves materials within the facility using a variety of handling equipment and may involve operating forklifts or related machinery under supervision.

You will also help maintain inventory and uphold safety standards. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of distribution or manufacturing experience, familiarity with order picking, and a willingness to perform

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately
• Operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area
• Abide by all company safety and quality expectations
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
