Job summary

Exo Group, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Technician to ensure efficient, accurate handling of shipments and inventory, maintain a safe, clean environment, and support fleet operations across our Ohio warehouse. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficient with WMS and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; maintain accurate inventory records.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and timely.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks; perform routine maintenance checks.
• Fleet Operations: Maintain documentation and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Organization and Cleanliness: Keep a clean, organized warehouse space; proper labeling.
• Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with team members and other departments.
