Job summary

UBEO Business Services is seeking a mid-level Logistics Warehouse Associate to support Warehouse, Shop, and Driver Department operations. You will assemble office equipment, perform functional testing, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, order entry, assembly, firmware updates, and preparing units for shipment, with emphasis on accuracy and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid, clean state driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic technical aptitude, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic familiarity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, warehouse order entry, and documentation activities; determine and record space allocations for all items received.
• Receive new and used sales orders, prepare complete orders, and communicate order status with team members upon completion.
• Assist with equipment assembly, configuration, and preparation in the Shop.
• Perform hard drive replacements and securely erase data on lease-return equipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and quarterly warehouse audits to ensure accuracy.
• Professionally interact with internal and external customers.
• Unbox equipment, assemble according to specifications, and install proper accessories.
• Update and verify equipment firmware.
• Test equipment to ensure full functionality prior to delivery.
• Prepare completed units for shipment or delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse and shop areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
