Job summary

Centric Business Systems - powered by UBEO in Connecticut is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Associate to support warehouse, shop, and driver operations. You'll assemble equipment, perform testing, and ensure accurate, safe handling of items.

The role requires strength to lift up to 75 lbs, sharp attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will coordinate with teammates, maintain organized inventory, and help prepare units for shipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic technical aptitude including mechanical, electrical, and electronic familiarity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all receiving, warehouse order entry, and documentation activities.
• Receive new and used sales orders, prepare complete orders, and communicate status.
• Assist with equipment assembly, configuration, and preparation in the Shop.
• Perform hard drive replacements and securely erase data on lease-return equipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and quarterly warehouse audits to ensure accuracy.
• Unbox equipment, assemble according to specifications, and install proper accessories.
• Update and verify equipment firmware and test equipment prior to delivery.
• Prepare completed units for shipment or delivery and maintain orderly work areas.
• Professionally interact with internal and external customers.
