Job summary

UBEO Business Services in the United States seeks a Setup Technician / Delivery Driver to assemble and prepare equipment, deliver and pick up office devices for clients.

You will follow setup procedures, maintain quality, handle paperwork, and coordinate with customers, dispatch and sales. This role requires a valid driving record, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and willingness to pass drug tests and a DOT physical.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Delivery experience and inventory control preferred.
• Must have an acceptable driving record and be able to pass a post-offer drug test.
• DOT physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow established Setup Procedures specific to the product and manufacture.
• Maintain high level quality control in the equipment preparation process to ensure devices function per specifications.
• Update and maintain firmware levels and user settings.
• Complete all administrative aspects on time with accurate documentation and activity reporting.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Perform daily delivery and pickup of office equipment.
• Communicate with customers, field service, sales, management, and administration professionally.
• Follow safe driving regulations.
• Keep inventory organized in and out of the warehouse.
• Assist with other activities to support UBEO and sales/service teams.
