UBEO Business Services in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Associate to support warehouse, shop and driver operations. You will assemble equipment, test before delivery, and maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, order entry, equipment assembly, hard-drive replacement, inventory audits, and preparing units for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely communication with teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic technical aptitude in mechanical/electronic areas.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, warehouse order entry, and documentation; allocate space for items.
• Receive orders, prepare complete orders, and update team on status.
• Assist with equipment assembly, configuration, and shop prep.
• Replace hard drives and securely erase data on lease equipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and quarterly warehouse audits.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Unbox, assemble per specifications, install accessories, update firmware.
• Test equipment for full functionality prior to delivery.
• Prepare completed units for shipment or delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in warehouse and shop.
