Warehouse Technician - 3rd Shift (Forklift Driver)

This position is for a Warehouse Technician on 3rd shift (10:00pm - 6:30am). The pay range is $23.00/hr, based on skills and experience. Opportunity at CATALLIA MEXICAN FOODS!

Position Overview: Responsible for shipping, receiving, and warehousing functions within the plant, contributing to a safe and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with production to ensure timely material availability.
• Inspect and count inbound loads for quality and accuracy.
• Verify documentation for incoming shipments.
• Load and document outbound shipments accurately.
• Rotate inventory per FIFO guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dock and storage areas.
• Interact with drivers, delivery personnel, and contractors.
• Experience in order picking, shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks.
• Operate electric forklift (sit-down) and pallet jack.

General Responsibilities:

• Follow operational and personnel policies.
• Participate in Food Safety and Food Defense activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience in food production/manufacturing is a plus.

Required Competencies:

• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification ability.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds repeatedly.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Accurate task completion and problem-solving skills.
