Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Riverside, CA to support our warehouse team and ensure efficient movement of goods. You will handle inbound/outbound shipments, stock inventory, and operate power industrial vehicles, including a forklift, while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proven team player.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.
