Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Glendale team. You will support warehouse movement, coordinate shipments, stock inventory, and operate a forklift.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior warehouse experience, with strong safety and teamwork values. You'll work a standard first shift Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays, enjoy competitive pay and comprehensive benefits designed to help you thrive at work and home.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.
