Job Title: Warehouse Technician
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Industry: Biotechnology / Medical Device
Comments: (near Exchange Place, Convenient to Light Rail)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join a growing biotechnology device company in Jersey City. In this role, you will manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment using electronic warehouse management systems (WMS) in a regulated (GMP/ISO) environment. You will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials according to SOPs
• Prepare outgoing shipments, generate shipping documentation, and coordinate with couriers
• Maintain accurate inventory using Tradegecko (or similar WMS), ensuring all materials are properly labeled and stored
• Stage raw materials and components for use in production and assembly
• Assist in managing stock levels and inventory replenishment
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety and quality standards
• Complete warehouse logs, inventory forms, and shipping records
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and Production Operations Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience in life sciences, pharma, or manufacturing
• Experience with electronic inventory systems and WMS such as Tradegecko, NetSuite, or SAP
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or FDA-regulated environments
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Able to lift 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse tools
