Title: Warehouse Technician
Location: Dayton, OH
Salary: Up to $22.00 depending on experience
Hours: Tuesday-Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
Work with personnel in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Use SAP for creating shopping carts, tracking POs, receiving goods, etc.
Receive and inspect all incoming shipments, checking for damage and shortages.
Compare manufacturer part numbers with inventory system descriptions and POs to ensure correct receipt.
Record purchase order details in the receiver log daily.
Coordinate return shipments to vendors if incorrect parts are received or overstock occurs, with supervisor approval.
Ensure parts are stored correctly.
Create job kits for work orders, ensuring all parts from the PO are included.
Return parts from work orders to stock or vendors, verifying with supervisor.
Prepare removed parts for shipping, tracked via spreadsheet.
Perform pickups for outgoing shipments as needed.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, carts, hand trucks, etc.
Assist in job kitting and other duties as assigned.
Comply with all company and customer regulations and policies.
Meet performance expectations, including employee development.
Communicate effectively with team members to support planning and company goals.
Meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds, moving for extended periods, and operating tools and equipment safely.
What Makes Me Qualified?
Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
SAP experience preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Close-range observation, manual dexterity, substantial lifting, and physical mobility are required.
Work Environment
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards, extreme temperatures, and loud noise is common. Reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities.
