Job summary

Yupo Corporation America in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Warehouse Technician to handle daily shipping activities and ensure accurate inventory using LX and related systems.

You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, perform shipping and receiving, generate Bills of Lading, process RMAs, and prepare shipments for loading.

The role requires safety compliance, the ability to multitask, and strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with carriers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in safety programs.
• Conduct shipping and receiving activities using LX and Custom programs.
• Generate Bills Of Lading and handwriting Bills of Lading for non-LX items.
• Receive and process RMAs.
• Load/brace trucks and containers for shipments.
• Compile shipping paperwork for filling.
• Pick and stage products for finishing.
• Enter Carrier Pro Numbers into LX and Custom programs while dispatching orders.
• Confirm and audit shipments in the system.
• Maintain accurate inventory via cycle counts and LX transactions.

Salary Range: $18.50 To $18.50 Hourly

Summary of Responsibilities

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for all aspects of daily shipping activities. This role works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and other Warehouse Technicians, assuring all outgoing materials are entered into the computerized inventory control system (LX), meeting established targets.

Essential Functions

• Complies with all Company safety standards. Actively participates in safety programs and is a safety advocate.
• Conducts Shipping and Receiving activities, including, but not limited to:
• Generating system Bills Of Lading through LX and Custom programs
• Handwriting Bills of Lading for non-LX items.
• Receiving and processing RMAs
• Loading/Bracing trucks and containers for shipments.
• Compiling shipping paperwork for filling
• Picking and staging products and materials for Finishing
• Picks items and complete pick list off of LX and Custom programs.
• Inputs Carrier Pro Numbers into LX and Custom programs while dispatching orders daily.
• Confirms and audits shipments in the computerized system.
• Maintains correct inventory at all times by conducting cycle count, performing required LX transactions, and staging items per established procedures.
