Job summary

Kellanova in Blue Anchor, New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our bakery operations. You will support shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and food safety standards as part of the logistics team.

The role is a day shift (Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) with mandatory overtime based on business needs. Starting wage is $28.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience including shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Works safely around equipment like forklifts, trailers and trucks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in warehouse and office areas.
• Able to use basic computer tools like SAP and Microsoft Office.

• Keep Operations running smoothly by managing inventory, warehouse activities, and shipping/receiving tasks.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance by following safety rules, labeling requirements, and documentation standards while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Stay organized and improve workflows by maintaining records, supporting process improvements and training, and using systems to keep operations efficient.
• Connect with colleagues by working with teammates, drivers, and vendors with clear communication and teamwork.

In Blue Anchor, New Jersey we are looking for high-energy, motivated, and innovative individuals to help to join our bakery as a Warehouse Technician. In this role, you'll be a key part of our operations team, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and food safety standards. You'll work closely with logistics, production, and purchasing to ensure materials and finished goods move efficiently and compliantly throughout the plant. This is a day shift position, Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. This is an hourly position and the starting wage is $28.50.

• Keeping Operations Running Smoothly-Manage inventory, warehouse activities, and shipping/receiving tasks to ensure products move accurately and efficiently from dock to storage.
