Responsibilities:

1. Operate inventory management systems to receive, supply, transfer, record cycle counts, and store materials, maintaining accurate physical and system inventories.
2. Prepare expired or obsolete inventory for destruction.
3. Receive and inspect raw materials, packaging, semi-finished, and finished products using inventory control systems and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring accurate data entry into SAP.
4. Perform real-time data entry into SAP, adhering to FEFO policies, managing expired materials, and ensuring proper billing to requesting departments.
5. Label received materials, package pallets or containers, and deliver to warehouses, including sampling requests.
6. Order supporting materials like labels and packing supplies.
7. Transfer products or materials from inventory to production or external locations, documenting transactions according to GDP standards.
8. Navigate SAP system for inventory queries, transfers, and adjustments, utilizing barcode scanners and printers.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all warehouse areas.
10. Stay updated on quality systems (LOS).
