Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse or logistics lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 warehouse and logistics professionals.
• Ensure safe, timely shipment and accurate documentation of outbound equipment and materials.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to meet schedules and optimize materials movement.
• Maintain team performance metrics and drive process improvements.
