Job summary

TekWissen Group is partnering with a biotechnology client to fill a Warehouse Worker II position in Sumner, WA. This 12-month temporary assignment is onsite and requires handling of customer orders, packing, shipping, and inventory management to support scientific and healthcare-related products.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehousing, and ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts; hazardous materials handling

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of general warehouse experience.
Experience operating powered industrial trucks, such as order pickers.
Experience handling hazardous materials preferred.
Ability to stand and move in the warehouse for long periods.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
English reading/writing ability required.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders daily to meet customer expectations.
Work in one or more warehouse process areas, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
Package and label shipments according to standard operating procedures.
Complete required documentation for hazardous materials.
Ensure inventory is stored properly and securely.
Maintain accurate warehouse operations and inventory handling.
Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient warehouse operations.
Contribute to a positive working experience for colleagues and customers.
Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
