Rh Showroom in Auburn, MA is seeking a Warehouse Teammate to join our team. You will count, verify, and receive incoming shipments as well as process customer returns, stock the warehouse, and pick and pack orders with accuracy and care.

You will work closely with teammates to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures. A forklift operation ability and attention to detail are essential.

Qualificações

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Count, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments and customer returns.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack orders per policy.
• Ensure accuracy and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle shipping discrepancies and forward paperwork as needed.
• Identify nonstock, special-order, and damaged material and store properly.
• Document customer shipments delivered via third-party carrier.
• Load/unload trucks; operate forklift safely.
• Notify supervisor of stock depletions or discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety; report issues.
• Complete safety and compliance training as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About the Role:

You will:

• Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; and pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
• Act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle.

• Identify nonstock, special-order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations.
• Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third-party carrier.
• Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/nonsaleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.
• Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety. Remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris. Inform immediate supervisor of safety issues.
• Assist co-workers in servicing customers.

• Perform all job functions in accordance with the company’s Safety Standards.

• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

About You:

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred
