Rh Showroom is seeking a Warehouse Teammate to join our team in Texas. You will count, verify, and receive shipments and returns, stock and prepare orders, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all fulfillment activities.

You will handle shipping paperwork, operate forklifts, and maintain a clean and secure warehouse environment while delivering excellent customer service and clear communication with teammates and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Responsabilités

• Count, verify, and receive incoming shipments and return material.
• Stock and maintain warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders per policy.
• Handle shipping discrepancies and forward paperwork as needed.
• Identify nonstock, special-order, and damaged material and store properly.
• Complete documentation for shipments delivered via third-party carriers.
• Load/unload trucks and operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security of assets.
• Assist coworkers in servicing customers and learn company computer systems.

About the Role:

You will:

• Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; and pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
• Act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle.

• Identify nonstock, special-order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations.
• Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third-party carrier.
• Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/nonsaleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.
• Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety. Remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris. Inform immediate supervisor of safety issues.
• Assist co-workers in servicing customers.

• Perform all job functions in accordance with the company’s Safety Standards.

• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

About You:

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred
