Job summary

Rh Showroom is seeking a Warehouse Teammate to join our team in Costa Mesa. You will count, verify, and receive incoming shipments, stock the warehouse, and pick, document, and pack customer orders with high accuracy.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of warehouse receiving and material handling experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to operate a forklift safely. English proficiency and basic computer system literacy are required.

Responsibilities

• Count, verify, and receive incoming shipments and customer returns.
• Stock and maintain warehouse; pick, document, and pack orders per policy.
• Handle shipping discrepancies per procedures and forward paperwork as needed.
• Identify nonstock, special-order, and damaged materials and store properly.
• Complete documentation for shipments delivered via third-party carrier.
• Load/unload trucks and operate forklift and material handling equipment safely.
• Inform supervisor of stock depletions, discrepancies, or damaged merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety; report safety issues.
• Assist coworkers in servicing customers and perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role:

You will:

• Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.

• Stock and maintain the warehouse; and pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with Company policy and procedure.

• Act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

• Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle.

• Identify nonstock, special-order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations.

• Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third-party carrier.

• Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.

• Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/nonsaleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.

• Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety. Remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris. Inform immediate supervisor of safety issues.

• Assist co-workers in servicing customers.

• Perform all job functions in accordance with the company's Safety Standards.

• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.

• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

About You:

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience

• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred
