Job summary

HRM Enterprises is seeking an Upper Warehouse/Receiving Team Member at Hartville, OH to move products from trucks to shelves by receiving shipments, unloading, stocking and putting merchandise away. The role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate basic warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, organized space while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable becoming certified to operate a tow motor (forklift).
• Basic working knowledge of computers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of merchandise received.
• Unload, stock, and put away product throughout the warehouse.
• Transport product to specific departments across the store.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, the trash compactor, and the cardboard crusher, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of packaging materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates.

Position Overview
