Job Overview

Do you have a keen attention to detail? Torani seeks a dedicated Inventory team member to help establish top-level inventory control practices. Your role will involve conducting counts of finished goods and raw materials to ensure storage location accuracy, supporting core warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, shipping, and custom packaging, and investigating inventory discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory movement, ensuring adherence to FEFO and FIFO principles.
• Identify and reduce slow-moving, expired, or short shelf-life inventory.
• Support mock recalls and product withdrawals systematically.
• Provide training on inventory procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance.
• Maintain cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure safety and food safety compliance, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve inventory practices and support continuous improvement projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with large ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Proficiency in Excel reporting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Availability to work 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm with shift differential eligibility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
